I had the privilege of meeting him in Kigali during his holiday. What began as a simple meeting grew into a bond, and over time, we became friends. He welcomed me with warmth and kindness, and through him I experienced true humanity and love.
Beyond his personal kindness, his career was one of service. Through his work, he helped save many lives and provided safety to countless people. Many souls are grateful for what he gave, often quietly and without seeking recognition.
It deeply saddens me that I have lost not only a friend, but a man whose life mattered. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the safety he provided, and the love he shared. May he rest in peace.
